Ms B’s Boudoir Empowerment Session / McKinney, TX / Boudoir by Erin
Let me just start by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH! I had an absolute blast at my session (even if I was shaking like crazy in some of those poses😂) the commentary and everyone’s reactions when I finished a shot were priceless and so so encouraging! I’m sure not many people bring their boyfriends mother with them to their shoots, but honestly having her there to help me change and to encourage me throughout the whole thing made it super special! I struggle a lot with my self worth and confidence in certain areas and seeing the raw images made me feel SO GOOD! I’ve had a boudoir done before by a different photographer, and I definitely will always keep choosing Erin to do mine now!! From the second I walked in the door it was already a better experience than I had gotten with the other. I’m crazy sore today, but the images are totally going to be worth it!! And my boyfriend has already asked “when do I get to see your pictures?” So I’m not sure who the waiting period is going to be harder on, him or me 😂
How did you first hear about Boudoir by Erin?
Why did you decide to book a boudoir session? What made you go for it?
I struggle with my self worth and self image, and I needed something to encourage me!
What did you think boudoir was before hearing of Boudoir by Erin?
I had previously done a boudoir with another photographer before Erin so I already knew what it was before I booked.
Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session?
Not at all! Just the struggle of picking out what to wear!
How did you feel leading up to the morning of your session?
Excited and ready!
What was your first impression when you arrived at the studio?
LOVE the fact that it’s in a house! The studio was gorgeous and I cannot wait to do my next one!
What did you think of your hair & makeup?
Loved both!! I was nervous when she told me what colors she was going to use, but I had to trust the process and let her do her thing!
Did you have any thoughts during your session?
“This is going to hurt like a bitch tomorrow”
How did you feel leaving the studio after your session and viewing your images?
Um… STUNNED!! The raw images were incredible and my experience was 100000x better than my very first boudoir! I even told my boyfriend’s mom that the raw images were so much better than the ones I have in my album for the previous photographer!

Did anything surprise you?
Nope!
What would your advice be to other women who haven’t booked a boudoir session?
Don’t worry about picking out a ton of outfits because there’s a ton in the empowerment closet to choose from as well!
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?
A little bit, but it’s a work in progress
Why would you suggest someone else book a session with Boudoir by Erin?
Because it’s just something you have to experience! And the experience is phenomenal!
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
Just go for it! Erin will walk you through everything! AND! You can be in lingerie that covers you and much or as little as you would like!

I cannot wait to see the edited images! And I’m already planning out ideas for my next one!!
