I was SO nervous when I first got there, but Shelby was an absolute gem & walked me through the whole process, made me feel so comfortable, and answered all my questions. Jamie is a true artist when it comes to makeup. She was so sweet and her positivity was infectious. And then there's Erin... I couldn't have been happier with my choice of photographers! She encouraged me during the photo shoot and made me feel just as beautiful and confident as I looked. As nervous as I was, my husband asked me if I'd ever do it again and without hesitating I said "YES!" Fantastic experience!
How did you first hear about Boudoir by Erin?
I work in McKinney and I googled boudoir photographers near me
Why did you decide to book a boudoir session? What made you go for it?
I turned 40 and it's something I'd always thought about but never had the courage to do for myself. My husband is my biggest cheerleader and he just really encouraged me to go for it
What did you think boudoir was before hearing of Boudoir by Erin?
I have seen boudoir photos before but honestly, never as classy and as well done by Erin
Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session?
Just lack of self-confidence
How did you feel leading up to the morning of your session?
Like I was going to throw up :)
What was your first impression when you arrived at the studio?
I loved seeing my name on the welcome board outside the front door. It made me feel like they were really looking forward to it & they were prepared to walk me through the process.
What did you think of your hair & makeup?
WOW!! I don't usually wear a lot of makeup so when I first saw my face, I couldn't believe it! I looked stunning, thanks to Jamie
Did you have any thoughts during your session?
Honestly, not really. Erin showed me exactly what to do so I didn't have to think too much about it.
How did you feel leaving the studio after your session and viewing your images?
I couldn't believe it was actually me in the photos!! I felt more beautiful than I ever have to be honest.

No surprises
What would your advice be to other women who haven’t booked a boudoir session?
I already told my best friend she has to do it! I am so happy I did it!!
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?
Absolutely! I even asked my husband what's wrong with me b/c I never look at myself and think I've got it going on but all I kept seeing is my images & I really liked what I saw. My husband said finally you see what I see and that was priceless to me.
Why would you suggest someone else book a session with Boudoir by Erin?
Oh man, where do I start... my biggest take-away was feeling more confident and actually feeling as beautiful as I am. It's so worth it!
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
Just take a deep breath and do it anyway.
