How did you first hear about Boudoir by Erin?
I found Erin via a facebook add
Why did you decide to book a boudoir session? What made you go for it?
I wanted to do it as a gift for my fiance for our wedding. I felt it was something sexy and something he would love for himself
What did you think boudoir was before hearing of Boudoir by Erin?
I honestly thought people only did boudoir for wedding gifts to their significant others
Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session?
I was really worried about the flaws I see in the mirror day to day... I'm not the young, really skinny, smooth girl I once was and for some reason I have a hard time appreciating the woman in the mirror
How did you feel leading up to the morning of your session?
I was a little nervous... I was hoping that I wasn't going to look too awkward and uncomfortable in photos.
What was your first impression when you arrived at the studio?
From the moment Erin greeted me at the door I felt like my nerves disappeared. She was so high energy and welcoming. As I walked through the house and met Jaime I was again greeted with someone who had high energy and an easiness. It was so easy then to just relax and trust myself in their hands
What did you think of your hair & makeup?
I don't wear makeup very often, so I really wanted to push my comfort zone and told Jaime to go sexy and sultry and she hit it PERFECTLY! It was bold and sultry and sexy, but it was still me... I wasn't wearing a mask, I wasn't a different version of me, I was a sexy sultry me (which if I was remotely as talented as Jaime, I would wear that look more often! :))
Did you have any thoughts during your session?
During my session, felt really awkward in a pose or two and felt like those were probably going to turn out really awkward (spoiler alert: they weren't awkward AT ALL). Erin is a told hype girl and made me feel like everything I was doing was on point and perfect... which made me feel like I was doing something right and helped me relax into poses
How did you feel leaving the studio after your session and viewing your images?
I felt so gorgeous... the photos were beautiful and they weren't even edited yet! Since this is a gift for my fiance Erin made a comment that really stuck with me. "You are looking at the woman that he already sees, this is how you look to him." I almost burst into tears because I have been so hard on myself and the way I look even though my fiance tells me all the time that I'm beautiful and he wishes I could see myself the way he saw me. Since my session I feel a new sense of love for me and yea I may not have a perfect figure, but it's mine and I'm gonna be better to her.
What products did you purchase?
I purchased a 10X10 photo album
Did anything surprise you?
I did not expect the high energy and relaxed feel of the shoot. I don't think any where else would have been as comfy and chill
What would your advice be to other women who haven’t booked a boudoir session?
Push your comfort zone a little bit.... Erin and Jaime will give you a sense of confidence you never knew you had! You will walk out of your session feeling completely different then how you started it
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?
I have found that I am much more appreciative of me. I now feel like I'm lucky to be in my body and I love her way more than I did before. I also have found that when my fiance complements me I don't just role my eyes and make some comment about the cellulite or the rolls or that I am not good enough... I smile and actually feel like his complement is true! I find myself being much more likely to make a move on my fiance then I used to because I feel attractive and confident
Why would you suggest someone else book a session with Boudoir by Erin?
Book the session for yourself, I had told myself initially that this was a gift for my fiance, so even if I hate the photos he should like them right? Well I have now seen the gift he is going to get and everything I see I LOVE... I quite honestly want to show the world! If I could afford a billboard I would put the photos on it because I went into the session to just give this to someone else and I walked out loving me and feeling comfortable in the skin I'm in thanks to Jaime and Erin.
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
Push your comfort level, even just a little bit. I promise you won't regret it. Jaime and Erin are not going to do anything that makes you uncomfortable... Erin may have you engage your core a little more in a few poses lol, but what comes out of it is so much more than just some photos. You become a new person, a confident, empowered, and beautiful person... and that person was and always has been there, you just finally found them by doing the session

I've already told my fiance I plan to schedule a couples session with Erin, so he better be ready!
