All my life I have struggled with self image. I’ve never seen myself as pretty or sexy. I’ve always felt awkward, plain Jane not worth the effort. But guess what… IM NOT!
How did you first hear about Boudoir by Erin?
One of my coworkers and friends used you. Her pictures where amazing and she talked about how awesome it made her feel.
Why did you decide to book a boudoir session? What made you go for it?
I booked my first session last year. I was going through a divorce and was feeling really low about myself. After hearing about how amazing it made my friend feel I thought why the heck not. I needed to feel good about me. To start to learn how to love myself again.
What did you think boudoir was before hearing of Boudoir by Erin?
I thought it was just sexy pictures you take to give to your significant other.
Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session?
I was scared to death. I had never seen myself as pretty much less sexy.
How did you feel leading up to the morning of your session?
I was shaking all over and trying to talk myself out of doing it.
What was your first impression when you arrived at the studio?
It was a nice calming atmosphere. Which was awesome, helped ease my nerves a little
What did you think of your hair & makeup?
The hair and makeup was beyond what I expected! Jaimee does an amazing job! I’ve never felt so pretty.
Did you have any thoughts during your session?
I was worried about how the pictures would turn out. But after Erin showed me a few she had just taken some of those worries went away. And kept going away more the more poses and pictures I did.
How did you feel leaving the studio after your session and viewing your images?
I felt alive and sexy as hell!
What products did you purchase?
I purchased the digital photos. Not sure what I’m going to do with them yet. I just like looking at them
Did anything surprise you?
I was surprised about how relaxed and comfortable I felt.
What would your advice be to other women who haven’t booked a boudoir session?
Just do it! Don’t wait or you will chicken out. You won’t regret it
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?
It did drastically! I see myself as a beautiful woman who can be sexy as all get out when I want to be
Why would you suggest someone else book a session with Boudoir by Erin?
A lot of people do it as a gift to their significant other but what they don’t realize is it’s actually a gift to themselves more.
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
Yes you can! I thought I was too shy, nervous but Erin and Jaimee are great at what they do and make you feel comfortable
Anything else you would like to share?
I would do it again and again. I did this completely for me. I think every woman should do this at least once. No matter your size, age, or worries. You are worth it!
