Clarissa’s 2nd Boudoir Empowerment Session / McKinney, TX / Boudoir by Erin
This was Clarissa’s second boudoir session with us. We worked together about two and half years ago and she loved it so much she had to come back and see us. She was ready after such a crazy year to be empowered again by her own beauty.
How did you first hear about Boudoir by Erin?
I had a friend do a photo shoot about 2.5 years ago, so I did one right after that and just did my second session.
Why did you decide to book a boudoir session? What made you go for it?
I had already worked with Erin on another session and she absolutely made me feel beautiful and sexy. I had open heart surgery a year ago and was pretty down about my body so I decided it was time to do another session and feel as sexy as possible again.
What did you think boudoir was before hearing of Boudoir by Erin?
I was not even sure what it was before I saw some of my friends photos Erin had done of her.
Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session?
I had many obstacles and fears, I was nervous that I wouldn't feel beautiful. I was terrified that I would just feel ugly.
How did you feel leading up to the morning of your session?
I was so nervous, even though I had done a session before the jitters are still there.
What was your first impression when you arrived at the studio?
It was gorgeous I was so happy to see the new location and all the set ups after seeing tons of beautiful woman getting their photos posted.
What did you think of your hair & makeup?
My hair and make up was absolutely stunning. It was over the top gorgeous. I rarely do my make up and if I do it's very natural looking, so to have myself all done up felt awesome.
Did you have any thoughts during your session?
I was loving every moment of it. I kept thinking how pretty I looked and how happy I was to be doing this again.
How did you feel leaving the studio after your session and viewing your images?
I felt amazing, I loved how I had stepped out of my comfort zone again and done different poses and tried new things.
What products did you purchase?
I purchased about 30 photos of my session. Erin does such amazing photos that it was really hard to narrow down which ones I wanted to get.
Did anything surprise you?
My make up surprised me the most out of everything this time. Jamie did amazing and really is a perfectionist about it.
What would your advice be to other women who haven’t booked a boudoir session?
Just do it! You will feel nervous, you will get jitters, but you will also get over it quickly after meeting Erin. Before, during and after you are going to feel like a million bucks. You will leave loving the body you are in, in every way possible.
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?
I feel like my confidence has been boosted and I know that when I'm starting to feel down about my body I can always look at my photos and remember the sexy woman that I am.
Why would you suggest someone else book a session with Boudoir by Erin?
I would highly suggest her to anyone I know due to her personality. She will make you feel welcomed in every way possible. She really does work with you to get you our of your shell and to shine in the camera.
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
It is stepping out of a comfort zone and that can definitely be hard, but it is so worth every nervous moment. You will love how you look.

I am so happy that I found Erin and her wonderful crew. They really are great people who help to make you feel wonderful about yourself. And they will work with you to get the best photos.
