Ms F’s Boudoir Empowerment Session / McKinney, TX / Boudoir by Erin
Ms F came to me after seeing her friend post some of her images on Facebook. To say she was ready to be Empowered is an understatement. Ms F was super nervous to the point of shaking when she arrived for her session. Talk about nerves. But between Jaimee and myself we helped her relax and learn to enjoy the process. Not being a huge lingerie girl we pulled from the Empowerment closet then used some of the outfits she brought. It was amazing to work with her roller derby skates and create something amazing with them. Take a look at what she had to say.

Why did you decide to book a boudoir session? What made you go for it?
I’ was fed up with not celebrating myself and letting my past control how I feel about myself now. And I wanted to give my husband a little bit of a shock 🤣👍🏻
What did you think boudoir was before hearing of Boudoir by Erin?
Scarey! 🤣
Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session?
I did but I discussed them with Erin and having her know where I was coming from made the whole experience surprisingly easy! 😍
How did you feel leading up to the morning of your session?
I was shaking I was so nervous! I had no idea what to expect and if I didn’t have Erin and Jamie to make me feel so comfortable I probably wouldnt have been able to do something like this.
What was your first impression when you arrived at the studio?
Very welcoming and encouraging. I knew I was in good hands.
What did you think of your hair & makeup?
LOVE LOVE LOVE 💕 I had no idea what I wanted or didn’t want so I just let JAMIE PAIGE do her thing! I have never had my make up done like that before and I felt like I was looking at the sexy version of myself I have ignored for so long!
Did you have any thoughts during your session?
In my head....HOLY SHIT THIS IS FUN! 😃
How did you feel leaving the studio after your session and viewing your images?
Straight up shock! In the best way! When you’re not used to seeing yourself like that and then it’s on a big screen in your face , I questioned if that was really me?! No no that’s not me, but damn she doesn’t look half bad! 🤣👍🏻😍

What would your advice be to other women who haven’t booked a boudoir session?
Do it! Even if your hesitant...do it! I am the worst at getting my picture taken. I get awkward and make strange faces...not here! Erin knew how to pose and position me to look like I knew what I was doing. So talented! Her not me 🤣
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?
So unexpected! I did not expect to come away feeling the way I did. More confident and dare I say empowered! 💪🏻
Why would you suggest someone else book a session with Boudoir by Erin?
You think you can’t but you can! They literally help you with everything! I love that I have something to look back on and remind myself I’m a bad ass bi*ch! 🤣👍🏻
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
If I can do it you can do it! I was literally shaking so hard I couldn’t stop I was so nervous. The second I walked in there Erin made me feel so at home and comfortable that most of those nerves went away. Then as the shoot continued it got so much easier. I started to enjoy myself! I used the excuse that I was getting it for my husband‘s birthday but in reality I was doing it just as much for myself. Make up any excuse you need to tell yourself to get in there and just do it! You won’t regret it!
