Ms S’s Boudoir Empowerment Session / McKinney, TX / Boudoir by Erin
I had such an amazing time during my session. I was super nervous in the beginning because I was afraid of the way my body would look and that I wouldn’t be pretty enough. After my first picture Erin showed me and I almost broke down in tears. I had never seen myself in that way before. Erin made it such an amazing and comfortable experience.
How did you first hear about Boudoir by Erin?
I have been looking and researching a lot of boudoir studies for almost a year until I found erins. It just seemed very inclusive to all ages, body types and races.
Why did you decide to book a boudoir session? What made you go for it?
I decided to book a session because it looked like so much fun and I was excited to see what we could create.
What did you think boudoir was before hearing of Boudoir by Erin?
I thought it was scandalous and taboo photographs.
Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session?
I feared that I would be too nervous to actually feel comfortable. Erin made it a really fun and enjoyable experience.
How did you feel leading up to the morning of your session?
I was super nervous but once I got there I was really excited.
What was your first impression when you arrived at the studio?
I was a little confused how shooting would go but it was super cute.
What did you think of your hair & makeup?
I loved my hair and makeup!
Did you have any thoughts during your session?
What the heck am I doing. Thoughts of feeling awkward. But once I saw the pictures I was like oh my goodness this was so awesome!
How did you feel leaving the studio after your session and viewing your images?
I felt amazing and wished I could do it daily!
What products did you purchase?
I bought the goddess.
Did anything surprise you?
Yes, I was super surprised by the way I look.
What would your advice be to other women who haven’t booked a boudoir session?
I would advise to drink lots of water and STRETCH because damn I was sore! I would also say that it seems scary but once you get into it it’s amazing.
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty/sexuality/sensuality/body confidence as a result of this session?
I definitely see my body in a different light.
Why would you suggest someone else book a session with Boudoir by Erin?
Because she makes it such a fun experience and she is so funny and will make you feel so safe.
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
That it is totally possible and you just have to be trusting of the person doing the photography. Which Erin does an amazing job of.
